New fadal cnc part: glentek amp-0021 dc brush amplifier
From VMC Electric, LLC - All Fadal Axis Amplifiers - New and Remanufactured
Original Equipment Direct From Glentek
NEW! - DC Brush Servo Amplifier
NEW For About The Price Of Most Repairs!
- Directly interchangeable with the AMC AMP-0015
Used with Box Ways, non-VMC 15 machines, for all DC brush axes (XYZAB)
Diagnoses - Direct help in determining if you really do need to replace the amplifier. When working with engineers that design the machine, we can help determine if there's other elements in the servo system that also need to be addressed before replacing an amplifier.
Documentation - We provide very simple and concise, step by step instructions on how to install and get your replacement amplifier in and running. With our documentation we also include Preventative Maintenance tips to help avoid future failures.
Support - With the combination of our Fadal engineering knowledge and direct interaction with both Glentek and AMC engineers, you are getting the absolute best product support possible at installation and beyond.
Before you purchase any amplifiers; ask if it's NEW, Used, Remanufactured or just Repaired!
Many selling parts on-line call their parts new or "remanufactured" when in actually they are just cleaned-up and bench repaired in-house. Typically they are used "Core Returns" that are not returned to the original manufacture for rebuilding and revision updates. Do the research and you'll find out that no one except the original manufactures have electrical schematics. Repair shops are left to just guess at what's wrong with the amplifier, swap out components until it "works". Manufactures are very protective of their Intellectual Property.
Don't waste you time an money with inferior replacement parts!

Knowledge and Experience you can Trust:
VMC Electric was started by one of the original family members of Fadal Engineering and was directly responsible for the Fadal Control; Software and Hardware - in design, development and production of the Fadal machines.
Here's just a few examples of True Knowledge and Experience:
Axis Motor/Amplifier Development:
1) DC motor/amplifier design, evaluation, testing and production transition: continually evaluated many different DC motors from just about every manufacture.
2) AC motor/amplifier design, evaluation, testing and production transition: worked directly with Glentek engineers to develop both the AC motor and amplifier.
3) Glass Scales; integration with servo control of motors.
4) Temperature controlled ballscrews
1) High Speed DNC - 1000 blocks per second
5) Volumetric Compensation (never released)
The Fadal DC Brush Servo System:
In years perfecting Fadals DC servo system, we worked with just about every amplifier manufacture at one time or other and there's many good reasons why Glentek was chosen as the original Fadal primary supplier. Today there are many people selling counterfeit amplifiers on the internet. Typically the counterfeits use a smaller generic brand amplifier and adapted it to fit a Glentek style L mounting plate . Of course they make all kinds of unsubstantiated claims about it being equal to or "better" than the Glentek amplifier. One typical substitute uses the BR-1525 by Servo Dynamics Inc. and claim it has "more power". When actually it has only a 15 amp continuous rating with a 25 amp peak output. Fact is that's only 75% of the current needed for the larger MTR-0010 brush motor (it needs 20 amps).
Trust The Engineering Facts - with amplifiers it's all about having the proper current output for each specific motor!
