This Cloward Surgical Saddle is a two piece set in excellent condition. I guarantee it will not be DOA.
Comes complete with the surgical saddle cushion, leg/foot rest cushion and adjustable mounting hooks. Attaches to your existing table and it is ready to use as soon as you receive it.
There was a small tear in the upholstery but I had it professionally repaired by an upholstery shop. (see pics) The covers can be zipped off both cushions. I have included one stock photo from the manufacturer s website of a cushion in use.

The Cloward Surgical Saddle is now used by orthopedic and neurosurgeons or all operations on the lumbar and thoracic spine and by general surgeons for anal and rectal surgery and some posterior thoracic procedures.
The Cloward Surgical Saddle supports and cushions the patient in the prone position during surgery. It insures the comfort and safety of the patient and provides a stable operating field for the surgeon. The Cloward Surgical Saddle allows the patient s abdomen to hang free, elimination spinal venous engorgement, creating a dry operating field and minimizing blood loss. The patient s weight rests equally on his iliac crests and knees, eliminating pressure on the abdomen, groin and thighs. The Cloward Surgical Saddle positions the lumbosacral spine into a kyphotic position which facilitates access to the lumbosacral disc.
The Cloward Surgical Saddle is recognized as the simplest most effective and least expensive prone positioning device available. Its popularity has grown so that now it is considered standard equipment in most American Hospitals.
Excellent condition and ready to use. The large cushion had a 5 inch tear near the edge. I had it professionally repaired at an upholstery shop. (see pics) Other than this one area the upholstery is nice on both pieces.
