Sitting in and adjusting your Swopper
Swopper can be fully adjusted to your personal preference in three different ways:
Try different levels of all three adjustments and utilize those
that give you the most comfort and control.
Seat Height 22" to 27.5" (with no one sitting on the seat)
Spring Tension the bounce in the seat is adjustable for people up to 290 lbs.
Lateral Movement the range of motion (from side to side, forwards and backwards) can be adjusted to suit your individual need and comfort.
Please note: The maximum weight limit for the Swopper is 290 lbs!
