These are new old stock parts.
They are priced per lot of 3 pieces.
For reference the XTAL is similar to the mouser part as follows, a data sheet can also be found there.
As you can see by the pictures, the crystals have been prepped for a surface mount mounting, however, the leeds are still long enough to mount via through hole also.
In most cases I have more of these parts. If you need more, I can list them.
