This two drawer warmer features a special, canted thermostat knob and indicator light. Its canted placement protects it from damage and unintentional disruption. The warmer's thermostat adjusts from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal results no matter what you are holding. A holding temperature gauge permits easy monitoring of inside air temperature.
The 120 volt model features a unique Dual Wattage control for precision control of hard-to-hold products. For example, you can use the 500 watt setting for breads, rolls, or biscuits, and switch to the 1000 watt setting to hold meat, potatoes, or vegetables.
