This is a unit of used CUSTOM DELI'S DOUBLE DECK FULL SIZE ELECTRIC ROTISSERIE OVEN, MODEL DDR-42 (Stock# 10107).
This unit came in to our warehouse from a nationwide chain, as a part of liquidation. The unit has been tested
by our inhouse technicians and found to be in good working condition.
The panorama glass doors provide a great view of the products inside the oven, and will help you boost your sales.
The unit works with 208V, 3 Phase,
This Custom Deli's oven is in good condition, mechanically and cosmetically. The interior is very clean, free of
excessive oil and food remains, and the exterior is free of any major dents. The doors are in good condition as well.
There are no cracks or chips on the doors, and they open and close very easily. Of course,
being a used equipment, you should expect to see normal wear and tear on this unit due to regular daily use.
The control buttons are all in place, and they all work fine. These units, as to my knowledge, can hold over 40 birds.
