Gemini/sveba dahlin bakery 3 deck oven w/ steamers
I am expanding my small artisan bread bakery and I bought a larger new deck oven. This oven for sale is in my current bakery at Four Worlds Bakery in West Philadephia and is operating daily to bake hearth loaves, croissant, challah, babka, granola, and bagels.. It will be available in May for pickup. But now would be a great time to see it in action or have it inspected.
