The tea master 3 utilizes a venturi mixing value to mix the tea syrup with water. A built-in water pressure regulator ensures that the proper amounts of syrup and water are mixed. This built-in water pressure regulator is factory adjusted for a static pressure of 18 pounds. Increasing or decreasing the drink strength can be easily performed in the field. To operate, simply pull the faucet handle open until the desired amount of tea is dispensed. The faucet can also be locked open for dispensing pitchers and other large containers. All Model 875B's include a built-in vacuum regulator. This vacuum regulator allows them to be utilized with gas or electric BIB pumps. A pump pressure of 25 to 35 pounds is recommended. If the BIB can be located immediatly below the dispenser, NO gas or electric pump is required.
