This is an EXCELLENT condition 2006 Caterpillar 236B Skid Steer. This is the best PACKGE DEAL on the Internet. This 2006 Caterpillar 236B has EROPS with COLD BLOWING AC and Heat. We are packaging up this 2388.5 Hours machine with a 72" Bobcat Farm Grapple, 4,000 LB lift capacity FORK ATTACHMENT, 15-30 GPM Auger Drive, Auger Frame, and 9" Auger Dirt Bit. This machine will also come with a 72" Dirt Bucket. The dirt bucket is very worn, but still operational. The Auger Drive and Bit are 3 Months old and were used to build a private fence. The grapple bucket was purchased with the intent to move hay and remove brush, but was never actually used by the previous owner. The tires on 236B are 60% and this machine is very tight and has no leaks. The only known cosmetic issues is the cracked glass and the wiper blade is non functional.
