This model 403 tenderizer includes Knit-Knife stainless steel blades, which cut the meat and knit it firmly together at the same time, allowing it to cook as one solid piece. It has a lower profile with cut outs, which allows the meat to be inserted closer to the blades. The plastic guides inside the guard will guide the meat into the knives, helping to reduce unintentional folding.
The clear cover allows you to see your product as it is going through, while the interlock system prevents the machine from working if the guard or motor housing are not in place. This unit is easy to clean and it's compact size takes up little of your valuable counter space.
