STAR HOT DOG WARMER AND BUNN STEAMER
The Satellite Steamer is ideal for high volume demanding food service applications and will accommodate approx. 170-230 hot dogs and 18-36 buns. All steamers are constructed of stainless steel with a 3/16" clear tempered glass, pull down door for product visibility and easy maintenance. This unit features a large 14 quart capacity water pan, incoloy sheath heating element, thermostatic control, on/off switch, and a convenient front access panel to the water pan.
This machine is a combination hot dog and bun steamer with a basic steamer body plus a removable partition, a hot dog tray with holes, a bun tray with holes, a humidity control disc and a bun rack.
The machine is in a very good condition, fully functional, very clean. I will include the instructions papers.
