0-makeready buckle plates - paper folder; stahl or baum

Late model Baumfolder plates are also available! (*Call or contact with model / size inquiries.)
Available Sizes: 56cm(23") or 66cm(26") wide machines - either or if wanting to configure a combination of these upgrades for your folder.
*Thus: if you own a Stahl TF66 4/4/4 folder, you can upgrade that machine with 1 [or as many as you need / want (16 max)] of these improved buckle plates.
Most often these folders were configured new with only one or 2 of these pricey upgrades on the whole machine.
Old Swing Deflector Plates: At a price of over $2,000 per upgraded plate, most folders left the factory with all its swing deflector plates. And in all likelihood, these plates have become obtus, misaligned, out of square and/or could be simply falling apart. These old style plates tend to encourage the operator of a machine to completely remove these plates while converting one to a deflector or vice versa; not a good thing regarding the well being of that plate. Often times, lower plates are accidentally dropped on the floor. Otherwise, a second person is also commonly utilized to lower these plates for reconfiguration. This becomes a neusense and henders production.
New "0 Make-Ready" Plates" With a few twists of the wrist- a buckle plate becomes a deflector meerly by its ability to reach the zero point converting its radial surface to become the deflector!
