Scintillator probe kit of parts
Kit to construct a plastic scintillator probe. All parts except a suitable
container. (2 1/2" dia, 8" tall
Kit consists of the following parts:
One RCA 6655A 2" PMT, 14 pins, wrapped with anti-mag metal and light
Resistors, capacitors and schematic to wire the above socket (60 Meg Dynode string, others available)
One new BNC connector (Amphenol)
6"ea. new black, red Teflon wire to wire the BNC
One piece of plastic scintiallator 2" X 2" X 1.5" ( other sizes available, add $8 per square inch.
