This is an extremely good condition, high-quality, walk-in freezer cooler combo box manufactured by Hill Phoenix in 2004.
Overall it measures 32' 2" long x 12' deep x 10' 5.5" high.
The cooler has a 5' x 7' swinging Chase doors entrance (allows pallets in and out).
Cooler outside dimensions: 18' 4" long x 12" deep x 10' 3.5" high from the outside. Inside dimensions: 17' 8" long x 11' 6" deep x 10' high.
The freezer features a 5.5" stainless steel floor with ramp. All freezer panels are also 5.5" thick.
Freezer outside dimensions: 14' 2" long x 12' deep x 10' 5.5" high. Inside dimensions: 13' 4" long x 11' 2" deep x 10' high.
Cooler refrigeration is a 2008 HUSSMANN 2.5 HP outdoor condensing unit (R404, 208/230V, 3 Ph), and a 2004 BOHN evaporator coil.
Freezer refrigeration is a 2006 BOHN 3 HP outdoor condensing unit (R404, 208/230V, 3 Ph), and a 2004 BOHN evaporator coil.
Both outdoor condensing units are special-order- they are extremely high quality. The HUSSMANN has a winter operation package, dual-fans (in case one were to ever go out), Scroll compressor, oversized condenser coil, oversized receiver tank, and much more. The BOHN has a winter operation package, Scroll compressor, oversized condenser coil, oversized receiver tank, and much more. New these condensing units alone retail for around $10,000.
